Imagine having a child who goes through life with pain and suffering on a daily basis.
Imagine your child having blisters and sores the equivalent to a third degree burn which cover most of their body.
But worst of all, imagine not being able to give your son or daughter a proper hug for the fear that it will cause them more pain
and suffering. These are just some of the things that parents of children with E.B. (Epidermolysis Bullosa) have to deal
with on a daily basis. There is no cure for EB. But with your help, we can make a difference.

On March 25, 2006, I will be hosting the Fourth Annual Dinner and All-Star Musical Tribute to dEBra Canada,
at Carmen’s Banquet Centre in Hamilton Ontario. The event is an evening filled with wonderful entertainment,
an enticing dinner, and inspirational speakers. The goal of this event is not only to have a good time, but to raise awareness
and money for those affected with E.B. With the help and support of individuals like you, this event has raised over
$20,000 in the past three years. We hope that with your assistance we can surpass that amount this year.

At this time, I would like to ask you for your help as a business in the community.
Mindful of the current economic times I can appreciate how difficult it is to donate.
There are many causes and budgets are tight. To assure you that your contributions will be going directly
to the cause, I would like to remind you that we are a non-profit organization, and that everyone on the Executive Board
is there on a volunteer basis. All donations will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged.

Your help and support will fund dEBra Canada.
We are a Registered Charity and the only body in Canada exclusively committed to the support
and care of families affected by E.B. It is our goal to increase the quality of life of those suffering
with the condition and their families. In the coming years dEBra Canada hopes to greatly extend
its range of services and one day be able to discover a cure.
