Thursday July 12^th  Shotgun Start 1:00 p.m.

PENINSULA LAKES GOLF CLUB

Cost per Golfer -  Registration $ 200.00

Includes: participation in all contests, green fees, golf cart,  lunch, sit down dinner, prize and a receipt for the net. Proper golf attire required and soft spikes only. Clubhouse facilities are available for your use.

No registration will be permitted at the golf course.
